I got banned for no reason. It said my client was modified and someone accused me but I didn't have a modified client at all. I just got banned. Is there any way for me to get unbanned?
If you have been banned for a modified client that means that you were cheating which is not tolerated on the server and will keep you banned forever. On the case you actually were not cheating, head to pedguin.com > contact us > and fill in an unban request. Staff will get back to you if you have been unbanned so if you don't get a response within 1 or 2 weeks that usually means you haven't been unbanned.

Yes, there is a way to be unbanned - appeal.
If you do what humanfish stated, you'd be fine. But in this situation the pedguin.com website is undergoing a rework and is not up at the moment. So therefore you cannot appeal via the website. What you can do however, is DM (direct message) an Administrator on Pedguin's Discord [https://discord.gg/pedguin] and ask them if you can appeal a ban via DM's with them. That's your only option since the website is down.

If you have forgotten your password, you can ask an admin to send you it via email if you have your email linked to your account. If you don't have your email linked to your account, there is no way of retrieving it from there. You'll have to create a new account.
