i have a problem

Hello, I got banned from the server because an OP item appeared that is forbidden on the server, and I used it just because I wanted to see what that OP item did. Someone reported me, and I got banned FOR 14 YEARS. Also, I'm not a hacker, I'm not a bad person, I'm just a normal player who happened to have a bug in the inventory in the game where a forbidden OP item appeared, in this case the Zenith. And honestly, I don't understand HOW THE HELL YOU COME UP WITH BANNING ME WITHOUT ASKING FIRST, because if you don't unban me, there will be SERIOUS problems with the new Hispania server, which I already know will be a disaster, and I will make sure thousands of players don't join because I was on that server building and helping you guys, and you didn't even acknowledge me, neither for my character nor for HOW THE HELL I PLAYED.
