can i get unbanned please?

so, recently I was playing on the server and was banned for using hack, in my case, I was using "terraria tweaker", and it was the first time I used it on the server, but after a few minutes I was permanently banned for using hack, and now i have learned from my mistake and i promise i will never use hack on this server again. can i be unbanned? and if so, how?
