What is going on

I have been playing on this server for about a week now, i have a amethyst luminite rank i have lots of friends on the server been having lots of fun then suddenly i try to join today and i get this message when i try to join,

What does this even mean i don't know what a proxie is or how to contact staff out of the server all i know is i can't play wtf help please
