How do I backdate my terraria?

I'm thinking of getting back into this server after my school-driven hiatus. But it stuck on regular 1.4 instead of 1.4.1, which is the PC version. Do you guys know how to backdate it? I have the steam edition of it, not GOG or DVD.

You'd have to somehow obtain the binaries for the 1.4.0.5 version you are looking for, and use those. Unfortunately we can't help there. As a side note, we do plan on establishing cross-platform capabilities between PC & Mobile when version parity is accomplished between both.
